Le Contrôleur européen de la protection des données - CEPD organise une réception pour l'ouverture de son nouveau bureau au Parlement européen à Strasbourg.
Quand: mardi 14 mars de 17h00 à 18h00
Où: Salle C2.1, 2ème étage, zone canal du bâtiment LOW au Parlement européen à Strasbourg.
Avec ce nouveau bureau au Parlement européen à Strasbourg, le CEPD vise à fournir un soutien supplémentaire dans le processus législatif du PE, y compris pendant les sessions plénières, remplissant son rôle de conseiller du législateur de l'UE. La protection des données personnelles étant de plus en plus ancrée dans la législation de l'UE, le nouveau bureau du CEPD à Strasbourg offre l'opportunité d'une coopération et d'un engagement plus étroits avec les décideurs politiques. L'objectif est également de renforcer la coopération avec les autres institutions de l'UE présentes à Strasbourg, ainsi qu'avec le Conseil de l'Europe.

The European Data Protection Supervisor - EDPS, the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation - Eurojust, and the European Public Prosecutor’s Office - EPPO, are hosting a conference on data protection in the field of criminal justice in the EU. The event will bring together data protection experts, criminal law practitioners and policymakers to reflect on data protection in criminal prosecution and judicial cooperation in the EU.
On 16 and 17 June 2022, European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) organised the conference on: ”The future of data protection: effective enforcement in the digital world”. the two-day conference of fostered crucial conversations on the future of data protection, in particular on how to ensure an effective enforcement.
The EDPS and the World Food Programme are co-organising the 2022 edition of the Data Protection Workshop within International Organisations. The workshop will take place on 12–13 May at the WFP premises in Rome. Topics to be discussed include data subjects' rights, data breach response, international data transfers, privacy risk management and disinformation.
