EDPS comments on two draft EUROFOUND Decisions: 1. draft implementing rules concerning the DPO; 2. draft internal rules concerning restrictions of certain rights of data subiects in relation to the processing of personal data in the framework of the functioning of Eurofound (pursuant to Article 25 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725).
