EAS - BELBIN Self perception inventory - European Commission

Opinion of 15 March 2010 on a notification for prior checking received from the Data Protection Officer of the European Commission concerning "EAS - BELBIN Self perception inventory" (Case 2009-377)

The purpose of the processing is to allow participants in EAS training courses to obtain feedback in the form of a feedback report on their preferred role in a team. The EDPS has mainly focused his analyse on the relation between the controller, the processor and the sub-contractor but also on data being considered as anonymous. He made recommendations on those two topics, on information to be given to the data subjects.
