Ähnlich wie unsere Stellungnahmen werden unsere formellen Kommentare auf Anfrage der Europäischen Kommission gemäß Artikel 42(1) der Verordnung (EU) 2018/1725 herausgegeben und behandeln die datenschutzrechtlichen Auswirkungen eines Legislativvorschlags oder eines Entwurfs eines Durchführungsrechtsakts oder eines delegierten Rechtsakts. Unsere formellen Kommentare sind in der Regel kürzer und technischer oder gehen nur auf bestimmte Aspekte eines Vorschlags ein.
