EDPS Opinion 54/2023 on the Proposals for a Council Decision on the conclusion and signing on behalf of the Union of the amendment of the Agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Norway on administrative cooperation, combating fraud and recovery of claims in the field of value added tax.

The EDPS and INTERPOL co-host the 2023 edition of the International Organisations Workshop on data Protection. The event takes place on 24 and 25 October in Lyon at the INTERPOL General Secretariat.

On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the entry into application of the General Data Protection Regulation, the European Data Protection Supervisor, the German Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, and the Bavarian Data Protection Commissioner organise the high-level event: “5th Anniversary of the GDPR: Still a benchmark in the EU digital landscape?”.
