Data Protection in the Area of European Criminal Justice today. Reform or Status quo?

The conference organised by Academy of European Law (ERA) in cooperation with the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) will provide participants with in-depth knowledge of the current reform measures taken by the EU in the area of data protection in criminal justice as well as with an update on the state of play regarding pending issues such as Passenger Name Records (PNR) and data retention and their impact on the right to data protection.
