CPDP - Computers, Privacy and Data Protection conference 2024

CPDP is an annual conference on privacy matters hosted in Brussels. In 2024, this year will take place from 22 to 24 May under the topic: ''to govern or to be governed, that is the question''.

The event gathers academics, lawyers, practitioners, policy-makers, industry and civil society from all over the world, offering them an arena to exchange ideas and discuss the latest emerging issues and trends in the digital sphere.

The EDPS will organise two panels on Artificial Intelligence and data protection:

  • Challenges and opportunities of open-source Artificial Intelligence
  • Personal Data in the Time of AI

EDPS' experts will also participate as speakers in other panels and the Supervisor will deliver the conference's closing remarks.

Pressekonferenz – Jahresbericht 2023 des EDSB

Im Anschluss an die Vorstellung des Jahresberichts 2023 des Europäischen Datenschutzbeauftragten im Europäischen Parlament laden wir Sie zu einer Pressekonferenz ein, um einen Überblick über die Aktivitäten des EDSB im Jahr 2023 zu geben. Bei dieser Veranstaltung werden auch die Fortschritte bei der Erreichung der festgelegten Ziele unserer EDSB-Strategie 2020–2024 zur Gestaltung einer sichereren digitalen Zukunft vorgestellt.
