Opinion of 17 December 2009 on the notification for prior checking regarding the "individual workplace" (Case 2009-650)

The Prevention and Protection at Work Service may receive a request directly from the data subject or following a campaign by the unit, or upon application from the Medical Service to furnish the data subject's office.

The EDPS has made some recommendations concerning the information to be supplied to data subjects and the length of time for which the data may be kept.
